Why are remy hair extensions so cheap?
The hair extensions themselves have always been affordable, it’s just the stylist that charge so much for the installation. Remy Hair is usually pretty good and a great way to go. Remy just means the the cuticles were all cut in the same direction. Good luck.
how do you blend clip in extensions from sallys?
I got my hair cut and i dislike it being as short as it is. I can’t afford salon done extensions; so i was thinking clip in extensions. But i’ve had those before and they looked awful someone said something about blending them or something. So how do I do that?
When someone told you about "blending in" they meant that you have a stylist it clip in your extension for you then she cuts it a little so that it blends in with your hair style and adds length. That way it doesn’t look like a sheet of hair clipped into your hair – which is a pretty ugly look.
After it’s been "blended in", you can remove it and re-clip it in as and whenever you like.

how do people get the exact same colour clip in hair extensions and the braided head band thing?
there are usually only a few different colors for the braid…black, brown, red and blonde. and are made of synthetic hair so you can’t really do much with it…human hair extensions can be dyed to match your hair color.
What kind of hair extensions are right for me?
I like the 1 piece concept of the Jessica Simpson extensions. They have a color close to mine also so that’s convenient but my hair is medium length and naturally wavy. I want some extensions that I can just clip in and go without having to straighten my hair or anything. Will the straight ones look weird if my hair isn’t straightened first? Should I get the curly ones instead?
Some really good extensions on the market today are the Jessica Simpson hair extensions. Many of the techniques used while adding extensions come from African-American stylists that consist of weaving the synthetic or real human hair into the already existing hair.
This creates a full and long look immediately. You can attach the extensions like hairpieces. They can be braided into the already existing hair, or they can be glued in. They are intended to enhance the thickness and length of our hair. When choosing extensions, make sure you choose an extension that matches your hair texture and color since they cannot be dyed to match.
When putting the extensions in by braiding, it will cause extra tension and stress on your scalp and could cause headaches. They can cause some irritation and your own hair could possibly fall out on its own.

can i keep real hair dread extensions in my dreads forever?
im gunna buy real hair extensions and make dreads into them, then attatch them to my dreads. can i keep them in forever?
yep, if you attach them well. do you know how to make the extentions? anyways, buy hair on a weft, maybe a little bit longer then you want the extensions, as it tends to shrink up a bit when you dread it up, the cheaper the better for dreads, it tangles much easier, but i reccomend going human, synthetic will look like and extension, where as human, in as close a color as possible will be almost seemless. you can wash the hair before dreadding with an aggressive cleanser to remove any silicones and to get some good grip. deep cleansing shampoo *dread shampoo* or even dish soap works great. Fold over the weft in maybe 1 inch strips, accordion style, till you get the thickness you desire. you can clip it, staple it, sew it, glue it or w/e to hold the track together. dread it up, then i strongly reccomend a dread perm. take string looped in half, with the fold next to the track on the weft. leave 1 side of the string long, against the dread, then wrap the other side around the dread and string, candycane style. get some cheap perm solution soak the dread in it, follow the processing directions, but be sure to uber rinse it out, sqeeze them, running under lots of water. Rinse till you cant smell the perm anymore. this’ll take 5-10 minutes. this takes some time, so i reccomend only doing a few at a time, you dont want to overprocess it. you can probably get away with rinsing like 3 at a time? depends on how big the are. cut the string off. you may notice some ridges where the string was, but after a good rolling and a few days theyll go away. now cut off the track and fan out the top of the dread. You can texturize it with scissors so you dont have so much hair to work into the dread. now try and comb out the tips of your dread so its all fanned out. overlap these "fans" till the solid dreads meet. sew them together with a few lock stitches with heavy duty thread in a matching color. weave thread or upholstry or coat thread is reccomended. you may notice this attachment is kinda flat with the loose fans of hair sticking everywhere. Get yourself a latchhook. go through your dread, get some of the fan from the extension and pull it through your dread in all different directions. pull it all the way through even if hair comes out the other side, then latchhook it from another direction. the more you do this the stronger the point of attachment will be. Tip: use smaller sections when latchhooking, it will blend better. Then repeat, comming through the extention, pulling your dread "fan" through till theres no spikey bits left. latch hook the loose bits around the stitches and they should end up completely hidden, plus wrapping them on an angle is stronger then comming straight up. After a good rolling youll have a permanent dread extention that shouldnt go anywhere, even after a good yank, and can be left in indeffinately. Have fun!

How can i get my 100% human hair extensions look naturaly wavy?
i have quite short hair and i have 100% human hair extensions and they look quite natural but im fed up of having curly or straight hair as it looks like i have spent hours on doing my hair. I just want to have a natural, just got out of bed look. Any idea’s how i can make my extensions wavy… i have tried curling and brushing them out, rollers, plaiting them, crimping, and curling with straighteners. Please help!!!!!!
As the extensions are aoolied either with a glue or heat bonding you don’t have the single strand of hair. The best thing to do will be speak to your stylist on what you want. Good luck
