No problem hun. …
No problem hun. Always here to help. I personally never re use glued pieces just because I prefer starting fresh. I know a lot of people do and have no problem with it so it really just depends on you and how you feel. The sewing pulls my hair because I do ALOT to my hair daily. When I have time I have another method of creating the weave look with just a stocking cap and whatnot. Im wearing it now lol. Over oiling the hair will make it slip out so spray just a bit either daily or every few days

Jai first of all …
Jai first of all thank you so much for the reply. If you don’t mind I wanted to ask a few more questions. So do you re use the glued pieces, or buy new hair each time? Also you are right the sewing method pulled out and thinned my hair to, so good point. Applying oils to my hair and weave on my head will that cause it to slip out?

I do the method …
I do the method pretty often. I honestly love glue way better than sewing. But if done unproperly, it can pull your hair out due to the glue and can possibly thin your hair. So my advice is to thoroughly moisturize your hair as its in the glue-weave and apply them to your hair, not the scalp. I do the scalp because I like it better. Keep it oiled and when taking them out, use the glue’s “solvent” or products that remove that specific glue brand. Hope that helps hun!

@Jai775 how often do you do this method? Does it pull out your hair? Does the chemical from the glue thin out the hair?

i found a way to make your hair look like that without putting them on your actual hair (like a natural wig) n also some stuff to put it on ur hair and it jsut washes your extensions and glue out without hurting ur own hair!

O yea of course. …
O yea of course. For glueing you can do about two or so methods. Either glueing in a circle (around the world method). Ima try that one day. Or you can cut and glue pieces for your front hair and use your hair to cover. Measure from temple to temple or how wide you would like your bangs to be and go from there

February 15th, 2010 at 6:27 pm
Lol i have three …
Lol i have three sets of clip ins and thinkin about making this hair that im using into either sew ins whenthe glue is off or clip ins. You jus need to soak em in oil and/or glue remover when your ready to take em out. Have em in for at least 2 weeks and when ur ready, soak em. They shood b coming out. Glue ins can b fine for your hair if u kno how to take em out and take care of em. BUT DONT EVER USE THAT ACRYLIC GLUE. Lord pulled my ENTIRE back hair out… lol I jus had middle and front
February 15th, 2010 at 6:27 pm
ooh girl u should …
ooh girl u should invest in some clip in extensions. you can always make them urself. that’s what i did. that glue started pulling my hair out.. i’ve have clipins since January and i love them!
