Well im not sure about the price, but just go to the Malecon, there are a whole lot of stands there! Good luck! Have fun!

Anywhere in the Caribbean or mexico will do it: either at your hotel’s beach or in town.

Absolutely. There will be swarms of hair braiders in any tourist trap area that will basically approach you to do it. It won’t be a problem.
