*Step One: Straighten your hair. This will help it to blend in with your extensions.
*Step Two: Brush your hair. You don’t really have to I guess, but it makes it look better in my opinion.
*Step Three: Make a horizontal part at the lowest section of your hair following the crown.
*Step Four: Use your strongest hair spray and tease along the part.
*Step Five: Brush your extensions to keep them in good shape. Clip them in along the horizontal part.
*Continue to repeat those step with however many tracks you choose to put in. When you are done, remember to blend your real hair in with your extensions to give the illusion that it’s your real hair.
*It’s a good idea to get a silk case (right corner of screen) to keep your extensions in to keep them in good shape.
*Don’t forget to layer your extensions so that you don’t just have your normal short hair and then really long hair. It will look stupid. Unless you cut your own hair, be sure to have a professional cut your extensions for you.

I have extremely thick, curly hair, that doesn’t grow. I really want long hair so I was thinking about buying hair clip in extensions. Are most extensions really thick? I don’t want my real hair to show!!! Also, how do I get my real hair and the extensions to blend together so it doesn’t look like I’m wearing clip ins?

BTW my hair is about shoulder length.
Most of them are not but you can find thick ones. If you comb the hair a bit to blend, then it won’t be obvious that u have extensions.
BTW, Do you trim ur edges? Your hair may seem like it doesn’t grow b/c it may need a trim.

I have reallllly short blonde hair that I’m about to dye bright red. I want to purchase some clip in extensions to complete the look. My hair is cut asymmetrically and the short side is about an inch or two long and the longer side is about double that.
Yes, you CAN use clip-in extentions, but make sure the ones you purchase have short enough clips so that they will not show. If possible, clip it in the side that has the longer hair and flip it over without making it look unnatural. You may want to consider extentions that are heated into place if you want them for long-term wear.
I recently had a horror story of a hair cut, my hair looks like a freaking asian boy hair cut! lol anyways, I bought some clip in extensions from pro extensions. The hair is very nice quality and matches mine perfectly the thing is, when I put them on as directed it looks like i have a mullet! lmao, my hair is maybe 4 inches at the longest. What can I do to make them look realistic?
Since you can add extensions to a wig, there is no "shortest length".

I have clip in extensions and the clip itself is a little piece of metal. Id like to wear them but I don’t want to go through the embarrassment of having to take them out. Anyone have any experience with this?
if they are metal then yes, it will be set off. I wouldn’t wear them unless its absolutely necessary.
I bought clip in extensions but when I put them in it looks really fake because you can see my real hair sticking out. My extensions are waist length and my real hair is about an inch or two past my shoulders. So it looks bad. How can I blend my hair in with the extensions?
depending on the weight of your hair extensions, you might have to put in a second set. Your hair seems to be long enough that you can get away with the extensions. Try putting the first layer of the extensions about two inches from where your head begins from the neck. I sell my own hair extensions and my hair is just to my shoulders. I put in two sets one in a medium brown and one in a light blonde, alternating between the colors – you would never have known.
