How do you make clip-in extensions look real?

Posted by admin on April 3rd, 2010 and filed under clip extensions | 4 Comments »

ok so I bought (really nice human hair) clip-in extensions and they look too shiny for my hair….my hair is kind of fried and it has a lot of layers in it.

the extensions are like 4inches longer than my actual hair
can you make them less shiny?
any other tips?

you usually cant make them less shiny
try using a little bit of shampoo. i did this on my friends pink and blue extensions and they began to look a little dry
use a cheap conditioner.

why dont you try and make your hair in better condition?
get some deep conditioner. use heat protecting sprays
cut down on dying and heat styling.

I found that the only way to combat this was to curl them, it was less noticable then

Make your hair healthier go to you nearby salon and ask someone to recommend some products to make your hair better or go on youtube and type in hair products for dry hair and listen to other peoples problems im sure somebody would have the same problem as you and they would probably recommend something for you to try or you can go to a drug store and pick up something for dry and brittle hair. And you can’t make your extension’s look the way your hair does its unhealthy so just fix your hair not the extensions. feel free to message me if you need anymore help :)
