Are hair extensions only for people with hair that is not as long as they would like it to be? Or can they also enhance the attractiveness of people that already have long, healthy hair?
You can use it for any reason ranging from adding color w/o damage, making your hair longer, making your hair appear fuller thicker etc.

Well I know a lot of people that get hair extensions when they have short, or slow growing hair, and they want longer hair. But my personal thought is that if you have long healthy hair you should keep it that way, and not mess with the hassle of getting extensions… it is totally your choice, but my personal thought is that you should stick with what you have and appreciate it and if you ever feel the need that you must have hair extensions, then you should get them so your more confident in yourself… other wise… i would skip the hair extensions until you feel the need to get them such as if you get a short hair cut and miss your old hair.
