How long did it take to put in?
About 6 hours, and then another hour to cut and style it.
How long do they stay in?
About 3 months healthily, but you can keep them for 4-5 if you take really good care of them. You go in every month for a tidy up cut where they replace ones that are looking shabby, and if you keep up with that they can last even longer.
Do they hurt?
Not at all! I am pretty gentle with my hair, but I can’t even feel them in my head.
Won’t the bonds melt if put up to an iron?
Yes, but I wouldn’t even be able to get a curling iron that close to my scalp without burning it.
Can you go swimming in it?
Probably not… it’s not even that great for your normal hair (if you are blonde). I will still sometimes but probably only in moderation.

I’ve been wearing extensions for about 3 years.
I started with fusion hair extensions, which cost me around 500$ for a full set. I would spend aprox. 100-200$ a month in maintenance afterwards. After wearing them for a year, my hair was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo damaged so I decided to take them out.
I stumbled upon websites on clip-in hair extensions and decided to try them. I cheaped out by buying a 50foot weft of remy hair on ebay and clips. I made my own hair extensions with thread and a needle. They worked OK – but the clips sometimes didn’t close until it was placed correctly without other clips underneath it and the hair tangled very
easily. I then used these extensions to experiment with hair colors.. which was a bad idea LOL.
After reading reviews and watching videos, I purchased FoxyLocks Extensions from Imogen. (WWW.FOXYLOCKSEXTENSIONS.COM)
After using them for about 3 month, I found alot of comments about how Headkandy extensions were SOOO much better.
So I thought to myself, If i was THAT satisfied with Imogen’s, I thought how much better Headkandy should be. What the heck? I bought a pair of those too and received them this week! Woohoo! (WWW.HEADKANDY.COM)
